Truman Worden Training Center in Pompano Beach, Florida

An adult day training center and for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.  It was established in 1994 to assist and encourage individuals to develop own particular strengths and explore their individual interests. At Truman Worden Training Center the focus is on each person’s particular strengths rather than on their deficits and on enriching their lives by exposing to experiences they might not otherwise have.  Here we teach such topics as academic skills, money management, social skills, sensory integration, physical fitness and health.
